2011 has been a very good year for Inverko Plastics in many ways. We have acquired the bankrupt Plastinum in august, this allows the Inverko Group to be active in a wider field of activities.

2011 has been a very good year for Inverko Plastics in many ways. A year in which we have adjusted our targets upwards several times. Apart from that we have acquired the bankrupt Plastinum in august, this allows the Inverko Group to be active in a wider field of activities.

By expanding our activities and the further diversification of our company, it is eligible for us to restructure our company based on the different entities we now have. Practically this means that each activity will be hosted by a separate company.

As from the First of January 2012 we will profile ourselves through 4 different companies, with a separate core activity each.

Inverko Polymers

This is the trading company of our Group with which the Inverko Group has started almost 15 years ago. All purchase and sales activities which will not come from our own productions will be done by this company as from January 1^st 2012.

Inverko Recycling

You might know Inverko Recycling for it’s production of reprocessed materials in Leek under the name Polygrind. Our regrinding activities in St. Annaparochie will also belong to Inverko Recycling. Starting January 1^st 2012 Inverko Recycling will purchase her own raw materials and sell her own regranulates.

Inverko Products

For a couple of years now we are producing our own end-products such as poultry and meat crates as well as PVC- and HDPE pipes. We will be expanding these activities with new, additional products under the name Inverko Products. Inverko Products will purchase the required raw materials as well as sell the end products made.

Inverko Compounding

Last summer we have started the production of high quality Compounds in Emmen after acquiring the machine park of the bankrupt Plastinum. Buying raw materials and selling the produced compounds will be done from Inverko Compounding.

To keep it clear and visible for you, we have chosen different color settings for each entity. In this way you can see which entity you are dealing with at a glance.
